What do I bring with me to the class and range?

Motorcyclist on the RoadAll students are required to bring the following:

  • Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) approved motorcycle helmet. If you don’t currently own a helmet, we have some loaners in the classroom. Just be sure and let us know when you pre-register that you would like to borrow one.
  • Full-fingered gloves (leather is preferred)
  • Long pants 
  • Long-sleeve jacket or shirt
  • Over-the-ankle footwear (preferably leather but hiking boots for example are also allowed)
  • Protective eyewear (glasses or sunglasses are fine as long as they have shatterproof lenses) but a face shield is preferred
