Work will resume next week on Monday, October 2, on 156th Street between Chandler Road and Timberlane Drive. Crews will finalize the railroad road crossing improvement, storm sewer improvement, sidewalk installation and driveway relocation.
Expect road closures on this segment of 156th Street on October 3-5 (Tuesday through Thursday), from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this time frame on said dates, please use alternate routes. Drivers can access the area north of the railroad tracks via Harrison Street or Chandler Road and the area south of the railroad tracks via Giles Road.
The area will be open to drivers during rush hour and school traffic.
