Overview
In September 2017, Sarpy County and the cities of Bellevue, Gretna, La Vista, Papillion and Springfield approved an interlocal agreement to create the Sarpy County and Sarpy Cities Wastewater Agency. The agency's task is to build the Unified Southern Sarpy Wastewater System, a sanitary sewer system to serve the southern portion of Sarpy County. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at the Sarpy County Courthouse, County Boardroom. The meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting, kept continually current, is available for inspection in the Sarpy County Administration Office.
Board Members
The chair of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners and the mayors of Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna and Springfield serve on the Wastewater Agency's Board.
