Biography

Commissioner Don Kelly is the Sarpy County Commissioner from the 1st District. Prior to 2023, Kelly served as the Chairman of the Board for 7 consecutive years. He also serves as Chairman of the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency. His current term expires December 2024.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Nebraska. Don is also the Chief Operating Officer at The Garrett Group, Inc., and is a retired United States Air Force Colonel. He and his wife Melinda, reside in Bellevue and have two sons and two grandchildren.

Community Service

Don serves on the Board of Directors of the 55th Wing Association and Grow Sarpy. He is also an active member of the:
