County Court
Sarpy County Court is the trial court with specified limited jurisdiction. All small claims, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, adoption, and municipal ordinance violation cases are filed in the county courts.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
Since 1986, Sarpy County CASA has been advocating for children in the Nebraska’s foster care system.

The mission of the Fiscal and Budget Office is to coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, monitor expenditures and revenues throughout the year against the budget, manage debt issuance and bond compliance, and prepare the year-end financial statements for audit.
